-The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

-In case the full amount of the stay has been paid and the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit remains non-refundable, but the remaining balance will be credited towards a future booking.

–If the guests arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

–A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest send an email to zantesuites@gmail.com

-After the deposit payment, the remaining balance can be paid upon check-in.
