-For a 50% refund of the accomodation fees, cancellation must be 30 full days before check in

–If the guest cancels less than 30 days, no refund.

–If the guests arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

–A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest send an email to zantesuites@gmail.com

-For a reservation guest pays 35% deposit and 15 % 7 days before check in.

–Balance with check in.

–Deposit is not refundable
